Our »anti-torsion-box« principle

We don’t leave anything to chance!

Before a Niesmann+Bischoff model range enters serial production, one model of that series is put through a demanding endurance test. For this purpose, the motor home has to pass at least 100 laps on an especially prepared test circuit. Only when the vehicle rides the test circuit out without any damage, serial production can begin. The test circuit is situated on a plateau in the Alb mountains and comprises different road sections on which normally commercial vehicles or busses are exposed to extreme conditions – regardless of the consequences. In this heavy-duty test the production quality and toughness limits of all components are determined.
